IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 – Notification Out
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment 2025. A total of 13,217 vacancies are announced for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Officers (Scale I, II & III) in Regional Rural Banks across India.
The online application process has already started from 1st September 2025 and will continue till 21st September 2025 on the official website ibps.in.
Eligible candidates holding Bachelor’s Degree, MBA/PGDM, CA, LLB, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications can apply for these posts.

Age Limit (as on 01-09-2025)
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II (Manager): 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years
(Age relaxation applicable as per government rules)
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Officer Scale I (AM): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference for Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy, Management etc.
- Officer Scale II (GBO): Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks. Preference in Banking, Finance, Marketing, IT, Law, Economics etc.
- Officer Scale II (Specialist): Degree in IT/ Law/ Agriculture/ Marketing/ Treasury OR CA/ MBA in Finance/ Marketing.
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks. Preference for candidates with Banking/ Finance/ Management background.
