Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- Field Engineer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical/Civil or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
- Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication with minimum 55% marks
Salary Structure
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 + allowances (Approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA)
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 1,05,000 + allowances (Approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA)

- Field Supervisor: ₹300
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted
