RRC SER has invited applications for 1785 Apprentice posts across multiple divisions such as:

• Kharagpur Workshop – 360
• Signal & Telecom Workshop – 87
• Track Machine Workshop – 120
• Diesel Loco Shed – 50
• Electric Loco Shed – 72
• Carriage & Wagon Depot – 121
• Engineering Workshop – 100
• …and many more divisions.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• 10th Pass with minimum 50% marks
• ITI Certificate in relevant trade
• Equivalent qualification from a recognized board/institution

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 15 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years
• Age relaxation as per government rules

Application Fee

• Gen/ OBC/ EWS: ₹100/-
• SC/ ST/ Female/ Transgender: ₹0/-
• Fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, or E-Challan.

RRC SER Apprentice Salary 2025

• Stipend: ₹7,700/- to ₹8,050/- per month (as per Apprenticeship Rules)

Selection Process

The selection procedure involves:

3. Medical Examination
4. Final Selection
